Tomme De Brebis 200g

Tomme de brebis is the shepherd’s cheese of choice. He often would carry with him a small jar of black cherry jam to eat with the cheese. The interior is smooth with gentle aromas. The taste is mild. It reveals a rich, lactic and lightly salted flavour, with a hint of caramel.
