How to Request a Refund or Return Your Order

ORDER CANCELLATION
  • You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Orders cancelled within this period are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation is not available for goods that have been used, damaged, or opened after delivery, unless the items were faulty on arrival.
RETURN POLICY
  • No goods may be returned without prior written approval from Champagne+Fromage. Approval will be granted at our discretion, and terms for return will be communicated accordingly.
  • Goods returned without prior approval may, at our discretion, be returned to the customer at their cost, without prejudice to any rights or remedies we may have.
  • Upon receipt of properly approved returned goods, we will issue a full refund.
  • Goods should be returned in the same condition as received, with bottles unopened, and at the customer’s expense. The retail price of Champagne will then be refunded in accordance with the original purchase.

LOST OF DAMAGED GOODS
  • All transit damage or loss must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • All orders are insured up to 1 box of 6 bottles. For larger consignments, an additional surcharge of £3.00 per consignment applies.
  • In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, we will replace the affected goods free of charge.
  • Delivery is considered complete only once replacement goods have been successfully delivered.
