Delivery Information

At Champagne+Fromage, we take great care to ensure your orders arrive fresh, intact, and on time. Please read the following to understand how our delivery works.

DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES
  • Deliveries are made Wednesday to Saturday
  • We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Bank Holidays

Next-day delivery:

  • Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) aim for next working day delivery.
  • Delivery times are indicative (8am–8pm) and are not guaranteed.

Please note: During peak periods, such as Christmas, cut-off times may extend to 48 hours.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to mainland UK only:

  • England, Wales, and Scotland
  • Isle of Wight

We do not deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland
  • Other UK islands

DELIVERY FEES
  • Standard delivery: £8.50
  • Free delivery for orders over £60

All fees cover careful packing, ice packs in summer, and insured courier service where applicable.

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY

We recommend that someone is available to receive your order, as our some of our products are perishable and require refrigeration upon arrival.

If you are not able to accept delivery, please provide clear instructions for a safe alternative location.

Undelivered parcels may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the same freshness and may need to recharge delivery for incorrect or incomplete address details.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Cheeses are artisan and hand-cut; parcels are carefully wrapped to maintain quality:

  • Ice packs may be included during warm months
  • Cheeses should be refrigerated immediately
  • Cut cheeses are best consumed within 5 days

Please avoid wrapping cheeses in cling film or foil, as this can affect the flavour and texture. A sealed box at the bottom of the fridge is ideal.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
  • Please report any damage or loss within 7 days of delivery.
  • Orders are insured for up to 1 box of 6 bottles. Larger consignments incur a small surcharge (£3 per consignment).
  • In case of loss or damage, we will replace goods free of charge. Delivery is only considered complete once replacement items are successfully received.
