This cuvée has a pale lemon colour with fine bubbles. This champagne is very delicate and fine on the nose. It is a very elegant wine with a palate reminiscent of quince paste and a superb balance between the structure of Pinot and the elegance coming from the Chardonnay. This is fabulous Vintage!
