Delicate on the nose
This cuvee has a pale lemon colour and fine bubbles. This champagne is very delicate on the nose. We can distinguish the muscat grape, the rose and some minerality. It is 100% Pinot Noir, you can definitely say: very well integrated, very fruity with a long length. La Loge is perfect as a treat at the end of day: an aperitif! Or with salmon and truffle « terrine ».
