About the event
During this Champagne+Fromage event, you will discover some of the premium award-winning grower Champagnes, English and French
sparkling wines. Come and taste for yourself how they compare! L’entente cordiale is the perfect tasting to point similarities and differences between English sparkling wines and Champagne.
Here at Champagne+Fromage, we believe that sparkling wines from all over the world can be spectacular. Forget all competition! Let’s appreciate instead their quality and how different terroirs can make exceptional wines.
Included in the tasting
- Welcome glass of French Sparkling wine
- 3 English Sparkling wines vs 3 Champagne
- Some nibbles will be available on the day, we wouldn’t want you to be too tipsy at the end of the tasting… Or do we? We always want our guests to enjoy their time while still learning about our fantastic products!
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase Champagne and cheeses on the day.

A little bit about us…
The brainchild of entrepreneurial husband and wife team, Stefano Frigerio and Maud Fierobe (French Bubbles), and together with Leblais’s Brothers (Une Normande à Londres), Champagne + Fromage is an artisan bistro and deli specialised in cheese and Champagne tasting secreted away on Wellington Street and Gallic at its most gorgeous: displays of Champagne, cheeses and charcuterie make for quite the chic centerpiece, whilst mismatched furniture and reclaimed materials complete the picture.
